有法可修飾的一對手
提起穴位按摩,很多人會想腳底按摩,或者要按壓一些主要的穴位才有效。其實,我們的手掌和腳底的穴位是相對的,如果沒有時間出去做按摩,自己都可以隨時按按手保健一下。

假如晚上有多一點時間,更可以幫自己做個手部護理,除了有穴位按摩的效果,仲可以令雙手白白滑滑呀!
方法好簡單:
第一步(按摩前護理) 先用溫和及保濕度高的沐浴乳清潔雙手,然後用sofener 進行按摩(加入自己喜愛的植物精油也可)

第二步(按摩) 1. 將sofener 從手掌及手背輕輕推開至手肘,這樣可以先軟化死皮 2. 慢慢推開按摩膏及精油 • 手心向上,用姆指從手腕一下一下慢慢向上推至手肘 • 手心向下,用姆指從手腕一下一下慢慢向上推至手肘 • 按摩掌心 • 按摩手背 • 手心向上,從掌心至手指尖,以打圏方式,按摩每隻手指 • 最後放鬆手碗
第三步(磨沙去角質) 能把按摩時軟化了的死皮透過幼滑的磨沙一同帶走
第四步(塗上潤手霜) 如果想效果更理想,在塗上 hand lotion 時,可以用按摩器從手碗開始推至腋下。我們都知道腋下有好多淋巴,每個星期通通淋巴,能夠幫助排走身體毒素
