ORDER AND DELIVERY

·       In-stock items will be dispatched from our shop in around 3 working days (exclude public holiday) upon receiving payment.

·       There is no exchange nor refund for all order confirmed items (including colours and sizes). 

·       For ordered items, ordering will take about 7-14 working days upon receiving payment. It may take a bit longer under various circumstances.

·       Should both in-stock and ordered items are included in one purchase, shipment will proceed when all items are ready. 

·       Local order will be delivered by SF Express. International order will be delivered by SF Express or postal office. 

·       Free local delivery of spending over HK$800 (on sale and consignment items excluded). Shipping fee to be paid by customer of purchase below HK$800.

·       Free shipment of international order over HK$4000 (on sale and consignment items excluded). Delivery fee of International order below HK4000 to be paid by customer (delivery fee bases on the weight as well as size of the parcel and country).

·       All amount counts base on after discounted. 

·       Import taxes and duties to be responsible by the recipient. Please contact your local custom office for details of the charges.

*Colour discrepancy (product colour may be slightly different from actual to pictorial, as well as personal perception).

*Size tolerance (measurements may vary with measuring methods and fabric conditions, please allow around 5 cm/2 inches discrepancy in sizes. 

      Brown Sugar will not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather condition, shipment schedule, international custom or other circumstances once items are shipped. 

Brown Sugar reserves the rights to final decision in case of any disputes.
