自家薑黃飯
愈來愈多人知道白米嘅營養價值低,於是紛紛加入食紅米、糙米一齊煮,但又略嫌口感較「鞋」,而且纖維高會比較難消化吸收,所以又不能長年累月日日食紅米、糙米。

想食飯食得有營養又好味?不如試下利用近年最受歡迎嘅超級食物 -- 薑黃同椰子油來煮飯吧!
做法非常簡單,只需要在白米中加入一茶匙新鮮薑黃蓉,想再方便啲用薑黃粉亦可,再加一茶匙椰子油一齊煮就可以。


薑黃含有薑黃素既具有抗發炎、提升大腦功能、預防失智、護肝,減緩疼痛等功效,而且顏色鮮艷,為沉悶嘅白飯加添色彩,有助在沒胃口的夏天增強食欲。由於薑黃素屬於脂溶性,因此加入椰子油更有助吸收。
