Delivery and Return Policies

1. Order Confirmation

Order is considered as CONFIRMED once payment has been received. Once the customer order has been confirmed, the item(s) will be ordered from supplier, packed and shipped out and as such, it will not be possible to cancel your order and there will be no refund.

2. Order Modifications

Please contact us as soon as possible, by telephone call, facebook page inbox message or whatsapp (56160698)  if you need to modify your order. Modifications can only be made before the order has been placed with supplier. We will not accept any modification or cancellation requests after the order has been placed or shipped.

3. Payment

For online purchasing, we accept Paypal, bank transfer and payment at shop. We will not proceed with shipment unless payment transaction is successful.


For out-of-stock item(s), you may check with us if the item(s) can be reordered. For reordering, full or deposit (50% of full payment) has to be received before proceeding the reordering with supplier. Reordering will take about 7-21 days for the item(s) to be shipped to shop, depends on stock availability at the supplier.


No exchange or refund will be made unless the ordered item has finished production.

4. Delivery and Collection of Order

Purchase of over HKD800 will enjoy free of charge domestic courier delivery to industrial or commercial locations or Shun Fung stations. Customer has to pay for the local courier fee for purchase below HKD800.


Delivery of in-stock item(s) will take about 5-7 days upon order confirmation.


Customer can also pick up ordered item(s) at shop (please see "Contact Us" page for shop opening hours, shop address and telephone number).


Overseas shipment cost varies according to delivered countries and weight of the item(s). We might not delivered to some countries (please check with us before placing order).

5. Price Changes & Stock Availability

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

While we endeavor to provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date information, occasionally ordered items may not be available as listed.

In case your order is unavailable or out of stock, the item(s) will be cancelled from the order with notification and where applicable, a refund shall be applied for the cost of the regarding item(s).

Should we discover a pricing error while processing your order and payment, we will immediately rectify the problem before cancelling and refunding you for your order. We will inform you about the error with your order as soon as possible.

6. Discounts, Sales & Promotions

We may offer discounts and/or promotions from time to time. Discount, on sales and/or promotional offers and prices are only applicable when checking out whilst the offer is still valid. Time restrictions will be stated where applicable. Please note that certain brands and consignment items are excluded from all sales and promotions. HBX reserves the right to amend, extend or terminate these offers at an earlier date without prior notice.

*There is no free delivery for on sale or promotion items.

7. Exchange and Refund

You may return or exchange your item within 7 days from the date you received your order with official invoice or receipt. All returned merchandise must be in new/original and resalable condition with all tags and original packing attached. On sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

To return or exchange your item(s), please contact us by facebook inbox message, whatsapp (56160698) or telephone call to shop, stating the reason for your request, and provide as much purchasing information as possible (such as order or invoice number). We will review your request and confirm if exchange or refund is accepted. 

Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 10 business days and refunded. Delivery fees will not be refunded.

8. Not Eligible for Exchange or Refund

Below are not accepted to exchange or refund:

  • Accessories (Hats, Belts, Watches, Wallets, Socks, Jewelry, Brooches, Pins, Keychains and Scarves)

  • Knitwear

  • Grooming Products

  • Underwear

  • Sale Items

9. Incorrect, Missing, or Defective

Please contact us as the soonest possible if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective within 3 days from the date you received your order. Please include your order or invoice number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
