Returns and Refunds

1.     We offer one-time exchange for faulty item:

l   Customers can exchange with the same or other items (if the items have to be reordered, regular ordering procedure applies). 

l   Return must be made within 3 days of receiving the items. 

l   The items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered.

l   Customers to be responsible for the return shipping cost, Brown Sugar will bear the shipping fee after exchange.

l   Customers can choose to retain credits with us, which can be used for purchasing within 30 days. 

2.     Refund will only be eligible under the following conditions:

l   The items are defected.

l   Return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the items.

l   The items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered.

l   The items must be with original tags, receipt and packaging attached. 

l   Customers to be responsible for the return shipping cost.

3.     The following are not considered to be faulty or defect:

l   Damage as a result of wear or wash.

l   Damage made during delivery process.

l   Tiny and unapparent dirt.

l   Color discrepancy (product color may be slightly different from actual to pictorial, as well as personal perception).

l   Size tolerance (measurements may vary with measuring methods and fabric conditions, please allow around 5 cm/2 inches discrepancy in sizes. 

**There is no refund for any items shipped overseas in any circumstances. 

Brown Sugar reserves the rights to final decision in case of any disputes.
